Preorder Policy

• Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items are available for purchase ahead of their release. These items will be dispatched once they are in stock. Estimated dispatch dates will be provided on the product page.
  
  
• Delays: If there are any delays with pre-order items, we will notify you promptly and provide updated delivery information.
  
  
• Mixed Orders: If your order contains both preorder and in stock items, the order will be held until all items are ready to ship unless you request to have the in stock items shipped separately (additional shipping charges apply).
