• Processing Time: All orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. During busy periods, this may take longer. Preorder items will be dispatched once available. You will be notified of any changes to estimated dispatch dates.
  
  
• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Tracked, and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
  
  
• International Orders: We ship primarily to the UK and BFPO addresses. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
  
  
• Customs Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package reaches the destination country.
  
  
• Mixed Orders: If your order contains both preorder and in stock items, the order will be held until all items are ready to ship unless you request to have the in stock items shipped separately (additional shipping charges apply).
